1. What Visibility Score is

Visibility Score is a free, self-service tool that generates an estimated visibility assessment for a local business based on answers the user provides. It produces two estimated scores — one oriented toward visibility on Google Search and Google Maps, and one oriented toward visibility on AI assistants — along with suggested improvements. It is an informational and educational tool and a starting point for a conversation about our services.

2. Not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, or any provider

Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, OpenAI, Perplexity, or any other search engine, mapping service, or artificial-intelligence provider.

All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners:

• Google™, Google Business Profile™, Google Maps™, and Google Search™ are trademarks of Google LLC.
• Bing™ and Copilot™ are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
• ChatGPT™ is a trademark of OpenAI.
• Gemini™ is a trademark of Google LLC.
• All other marks belong to their respective owners.

We reference these names only to identify and describe the platforms our services help you engage with. Such references are nominative and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the trademark owners.

3. Your score is an estimate, not a verified audit

The scores and recommendations are generated from the answers you provide and from generally available information. They are estimates for general informational purposes only; they are not a Google-verified, Microsoft-verified, or platform-verified audit, not a professional, legal, or financial opinion, and not a statement that any particular condition of your listing is accurate — we do not independently verify your answers. A self-reported score may differ from the results of a full, hands-on professional audit.

4. No guarantee of results

Search visibility, map ranking, and inclusion in AI-generated answers depend on many factors outside our control and outside any provider's control, including your physical proximity to the person searching, the competitiveness of your market, your business category and history, third-party reviews and websites, and the proprietary and frequently changing algorithms of Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and other providers. Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position (including any "top 3," "map pack," or first-page result), traffic level, call volume, lead volume, revenue, or that any AI assistant will name or recommend your business.
• Any examples, estimates, or projections are illustrative only and are not a promise of results. Individual results vary.
• Following the tool's suggestions, or engaging our paid services, does not guarantee any particular outcome.

5. Compliance with platform policies

Our recommendations are intended to align with the published guidelines of the relevant platforms (for example, Google Business Profile guidelines). We do not offer or endorse practices that violate those guidelines — such as fake reviews, review gating or incentivizing, keyword-stuffed business names, or false location information — and we are not responsible for any consequence, including listing suspension, resulting from a user's decision to engage in prohibited practices.

6. Email and data

By submitting your email address, you agree that we may contact you about your results and our services. You can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information. 7. No professional relationship

Use of this free tool does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or professional-services relationship. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement between you and Gravity Well Marketing, Inc., which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this tool or reliance on its output. The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes

We may update this tool and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this tool will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
